Thanks for everyone's support! Our pop-up went on for 5 months! As on-site dining slowly returns our amazing host, Bar Hermanito, will sooner or later need their bar back. Running the Pop-up has been an enormously rich experience that will help us choose the right setup for our own brick and mortar shop!
